Fortunately, additional resources for computer training in the Kansas City area abound. Here are a few of them:
Sencom – Senior Computer Users Group of Kansas City
Sencom is an organization of seniors (age 50 and above) who convene to help one another develop their computer skills.
The organization offers an impressive array of highly skilled users who willingly share their knowledge with others. The group meets monthly for an informative question/answer/discussion session. In addition it offers special interest group sessions, monthly luncheons, and low-cost classes.
Johnson County Community College Continuing Education
The JCCC Center for Business and Technology offers a broad selection of computer classes that cover Windows, Mac, Microsoft Word, Excel, ipad, and much more. The courses include half-day, one-day, or two-day classes.
